Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our shop are offered as pre-orders, meaning they are made especially for you and will ship once they arrive. Placing a pre-order reserves your size and design before it sells out.

Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase to secure your order in our production queue.

Shipping Timeline

Pre-order items are currently estimated to ship as soon as they arrive from production.
Please refer to the product description for the most up-to-date estimated arrival window.
We will keep you informed of any updates along the way.

Cancellations

Because pre-order items are made specifically for our shop and quantities are limited:

• You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, your pre-order cannot be canceled, as your size and print have already been reserved in production.

Changes to Sizes or Items

If you need to change the size, pattern, or shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to assist if stock allows.

Returns & Exchanges

Once your pre-order has shipped and been received, it follows our standard return policy.

We will always email or message you with any timeline updates and a shipping notification as soon as your order is on its way.
