Orders & Processing
How long does it take to receive my order?
All of our items are made to order — designed, printed, and crafted specifically for you. Please allow 3–10 business days for production depending on the item and order volume. After your order ships, U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 additional business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our hands.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once accepted. Please contact us at info@coveredinfaithshop.com as soon as possible and we will do our absolute best to help.
Personalized & Custom Items
Can I customize or personalize my order?
Yes! All customizable items can be found under our Personalization section. Simply select your product and enter your details before checkout.
If you have a special request or something unique in mind, feel free to reach out to us via chat or email — we’re always happy to help bring your vision to life.
Please double-check all spelling before submitting, as we’re unable to make changes once production begins.
Can I return a personalized or custom item?
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once accepted. Please contact us at info@coveredinfaithshop.com as soon as possible and we will do our absolute best to help.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to Canada, with delivery typically taking 7–14 business days after production.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@coveredinfaithshop.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if something is wrong. Email info@coveredinfaithshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll take care of you.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the credit.
Products & Fabric
What fabric are your products made from?
Our pajama and apparel items are made from 95%+ bamboo viscose — incredibly soft, hypoallergenic, and naturally thermoregulating, making them ideal for babies. Our blankets are crafted in luxuriously soft minky fabric. Full material details are listed on each product page.
Gifting
Is this a good gift for a baby shower or baptism?
Absolutely — it's one of our most popular uses! For baptisms, we especially recommend our personalized blankets and crib sheets with your baby's name alongside a Scripture that honors the occasion. We recommend ordering personalized gifts at least 2–3 weeks before the event to allow for production and shipping time.
