💌 Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because all of our items are made to order, personalized or custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please double-check your personalization details (spelling, colors, etc.) before submitting your order.


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
